The co-op should treasure Prestwich based Julie and Hanna. They were wonderful during a most difficult time. I only spoke with Hanna over the telephone, who I found lovely. I actually met with Julie, who was so supportive. She had such a calming manner, which made it easy to talk with about difficult things. She was friendly and even made me laugh a little when feeling heartbroken. Her guidance, advice, and professionalism made my mum's funeral go perfectly. The order of service she organised, was superb and of such a high quality it was admired by all. I thank Julie, Hanna, and the co-op so much for everything they did for me, my family and of course my sadly missed mum. Debbie.

Julie and Hannah at Prestwich Co Op were both fantastic. They were patient, very helpful and gave a lot of consideration to the whole family. Also the gentlemen what drove the cars and who were in charge were brilliant. No rushing but also very considerate. The whole thing from start to finish was perfect.

From the very first phone call after our Mams passing, we were treated with respect & sympathy, no question was too much. Our Mam had a wonderful send off and Co-op Funeral Care, especially Julie and Sheryl made a very sad time bearable. The ease and care in which they dealt with our many questions was such a help and made the day of the funeral less stressful, we were able to celebrate our Mam in the knowledge that everything else was dealt with professionally and sympathetically.

I can't praise Co-op Funeral Care enough for the way my husband, Funeral was conducted. Jamie at the Prestwich office was kind, compassionate, friendly and very helpful. The Funeral director was excellent and the Funeral was conducted exactly as we wanted. It was just as my husband, the deceased, would have wanted. Thank you Co-op Funeral Care for a lovely end to a lovely man,s life.
