Bury funeral care made a very hard time so much easier for our whole family. They managed and took care of everything from start to finish, they did not miss a single detail. I had the pleasure of working along side Rhian who went above and beyond.She remained in contact with me  daily leading up to my Nanas funeral and every request was met. I would like to take a moment to thank her again she is a real life Angel and we will be forever grateful for all she has done.

Although our circumstances were very sad, we had an excellent experience from the moment we met Rhian and the rest of the team.  We never felt alone and Rhian supported us to create a personal but celebratory funeral service. We were also supported when we chose to view our family member, we never felt rushed or a hindrance.  We needed a few reminders during the planning process, but there was never any pressure.   The day of the funeral went exactly to plan.  The cars were immaculate, the   drivers were respectful. The service, music  and slide show were perfect.  So much so, we felt it was the perfect send-off and celebration of our loved one’s life.  We could not have asked for any more at such a difficult time.  Thank you.

Bury Funeralcare provided excellent professional support and service for my Dad's funeral in May 2022. The process ran very smoothly despite the timing challenges the family had. Stacy, the funeral arranger was very thorough and kept in regular contact. On the day, everyone commented on the professional manner of Nicola, the funeral director. From start to finish the process was well managed with professionalism and care.
