We have been treated superbly from the start to the finish.
I would expect nothing less from the Co-op funeral care people. Every member of my family that have sadly passed away over the years have all been attended to by the Co-op and there's never been less than 100% given.

It's possibly unfair to single out one person for a special mention but I'm going to do it anyway and that person is Linda at the Co-op who went over and above the call of duty to look after us with respect and compassion after a tough time when our much loved auntie passed away.

Coop funeral care were absolutely excellent from start to finish. They treated my husband with great dignity. Nothing was too much trouble no matter how trivial it might have seemed at the time. All staff were compassionate, caring and professional. There services were much appreciated at a very difficult time, making everything that little but more bearable. Staff were very professional and understanding. In particular, Rhian and Stacey. Rhian was very attentive and professional on the day of our Mum's funeral, and helped to make a very difficult day more bearable.
