I can't speak highly enough of the staff at Shaw's Funeralcare. My sons and I were treated with such respect and compassion. Both before and during the funeral, the staff conducted themselves with a wonderful quiet dignity, led by Victoria's excellent example. Their sole purpose was to make sure we were comfortable with our decisions and that the day ran smoothly for us, which it did. Thank you so much, Victoria and your team.

My life brother was gay , the funeral was attended by a lot of his like minded friends some of who acted as as pall bearers , after the coffin had been positioned they decided to take seats immediately behind my fellow family members , leaving myself , my wife , my daughter and my cousin no option but to sit on the right hand side pews ! There was no attempt made by the undertakers usher to ask these mourners to move and allow myself and my family members to sit on the right hand pews with the rest of my family . Sorry but proper protocol was not adhered to by Shaws !!!!
