Staff were really supportive and kind. They made the whole process much easier to cope with. They had experience and advice to offer around all the decisions needed. The follow up has also been good.
On the day of the funeral the team were really professional and friendly which made things so much nicer. Including the lovely drive over the hills to the crematorium.
The whole process felt personal to Mum and our family - Thankyou.

The staff at Relph’s funeral care were compassionate, reassuring and supportive. We were guided through the funeral process and the funeral was exactly how we wanted it to be. It was the perfect send off and the photo slide show to music was heart warming.

Highly recommend Relphs Funeralcare - Catherine and Peter have been so wonderful working through the plan for our Mum - such compassion and thoughtfulness throughout.  The little touches too - mums jewellery returned cleaned and sparkling, privacy when needed and all our wishes taken care of - a stress free experience for us all.  The service was wonderful using Nicola Wright as our Minister and we were looked after throughout.  It was lovely to get a phone call a few days after the funeral to check that we were all ok - priceless customer service.
