Second time in two years we have used their services and we have all been impressed with their professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble and they gave necessary guidance all through the preparation, on the day of the funeral and aftercare. Highly recommended them.

Ava gave a full class service and responded quickly and efficiently with any questions. The only downside was Friday and weekend trying to contact someone for a viewing. I was unable to book before those days. Unfortunately my family were at at work. So I had to phone head office as my message on answer machine was not replied to.

From start to finish the care & attention from Leah, Stacey, Ava & Hailey has been exceptional. To know our loved one was in the care of such caring and compassionate individuals left us with no worries regarding his care.
The team at Hardmans Bury road Bolton are a pleasure to deal with in such a difficult situation. They called inside and outside of working hours to check that we was ok with regular updates on our loved ones care. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
