Carol, Pamela and Mark were outstanding in their care and sympathy. The funeral was exactly as we had planned and went smoothly, we felt unhurried and well supported. The aftercare and follow up services were also really appreciated by us both.
Would not hesitate to use them again.

Every member of your team especially Carole and Mark were extremely kind sensitive and compassionate towards me and my sister Christine. We were guided through every stage in the arrangements and every effort was taken by Carole to ensure that Mum would be laid to rest in the single lair with our father. Also we were informed that lead lettering would be in possible to match existing lettering on headstone. Contrary to alternative information we had been advised. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Cooperative Funeral Services to family and friends.

We as a family have been very impressed with the care shown to our dear dad on his journey. From the moment we contacted the staff on the 27th December 2021 right through to the crematorium and the handling thereafter. My brother and myself have decided that we will follow dads example and take out our plans with the Coop. Thanks to all the staff at Shieldhall and Thornliebank  for their excellent service in our time of need. 🙏

We were very happy with how the funeral went and thank Mark for being a fantastic funeral director. The order of service was good but the lyrics published for amazing grace were not the same as what was being sung by the artist we chose. The flowers were beautiful. Thank you.

Mark was extremely helpful and pitched everything at the right level. He was considerate and allowed us time to think about what we wanted whilst presenting us with options. He managed our expectations well re delays etc and  he and his staff were extremely helpful on the day of the funeral.
