I cannot fault any member of your staff for the excellent service and support we received at this difficult time. Everyone showed great patience and empathy but I must mention Heather and Karen in particular. They both took whatever time required to explain everything and they listened to all of our opinions and requests. This was obviously a very traumatic time for us so the care and thoughtfulness shown by Heather, Karen and the rest of the staff was very much appreciated by myself and the family

Ruth and Heather were absolutely fantastic and kept us updated with all that was going on and what we needed to know.
On the day of the funeral the hearse and car drivers and the rest of the team were very professional.
All in all it was a very professional and fault free service from the Co-op
Funeral Care.

Hi , can't fault the staff at Barrhead coop funeral service everything was done with professionalism and with care for my mother before ,during and after the crematorium and thereafter with my sister and myself in there thoughts and with the ashes and the small urns and a lock of her hair . We had purchased a funeral plan in advance from the Co-Op which made things a lot easier. Margaret our funeral arranger was absolutely fantastic. So considerate to our needs and so knowledgable. Everything was done with such ease, compassion and dignity for our loved one. On the day Alan the Funeral Director was very professional and again treated our loved one with utter respect. I would have no hesitation in recommending Barrhead Funeral Care

What a wonderful service from start to finish. Gary was extremely helpful and should a great deal of compassion and kindness on my mums passing. The drivers at the ceremony were also very caring and went above and beyond.
I will be taking out a plan myself very soon.
A number of friends asked who the undertakers were as they were very impressed. The service was a wonderful tribute and  everyone was remarking including Libby the humanist. 
The streaming service and photo loop was again, exceptional and I can’t thank the co-op enough for a terrific service.
