It is hard to express how grateful we are to Jacqui, Martin and all at Anderson Maguire for the unwavering care and support given to our family during the worst time of our lives following the sudden passing of our husband, dad & grandad Des. Their compassion and sincerity was felt from the first call we made to them. 

Jacqui & Martin looked after us every step of the way ensuring we understood exactly what would happen leading up to the service, on the day as we left our home for my husband’s final journey, at the chapel before and after mass & and at the crematorium, completely alleviating any worries we had. 

The whole team treat everyone with care, respect, dignity, empathy and the utmost professionalism 

Jacqui Henderson in the Williamwood branch was outstanding with her gentle guidance and Martin McGinley, funeral director organised every detail perfectly on the day.

Every aspect of the Anderson Maguire funeral service for Brian was managed and delivered beautifully.  The team involved were always empathetic, respectful and flexible.  Communication was always clear.  The team’s guidance, manner and advice throughout made the family’s decisions so much easier to make at a difficult time.  And all the services used by Anderson Maguire (eg. Celebrant, flowers, cars, piper etc) were equally brilliant.  We would highly recommend them.

Anderson Maguire were excellent throughout but at our first meeting when we really didn't know what to do next, Owen was especially helpful. Owen had a great approach of balancing advice with helping us make decisions which was really appreciated.
The service we received from the whole team continued to be excellent throughout taking a lot of the stress out of a difficult time and letting us have the funeral our way.

Anderson maguire were brilliant with the arrangements and carrying out my dad's wishes. I can't thank the team enough for everything they did leading up to the funeral and on the day. Allowing my daughter to be part of it as my dad had wished for. I could not fault them in anyway. The drivers were very nice on the day as well and let us walk with him some of the way. Thank you to the mortuary staff who looked after my dad when he was in your care allowing him to come home. Thank you to everyone and for everything you done. Liz and the family.

The service we received during the planning for my sisters funeral was outstanding from start to finish. Took a lot of pressure off us during a very difficult time. Gave us so much guidance with such professionalism and compassion. Martin, Stephen, Aidan and all of the staff were excellent, they made a stressful, upsetting time that little bit more easier as nothing was a problem for them and they were able to direct us appropriately.  They listened and were attentive to our needs as a family. Everything was well managed, great communication and most of all outstanding care to ourselves during our time of sadness and most importantly our deceased loved one. Cannot praise them enough for their services.

I have to say your service was outstanding from start to finish. Deborah could not do enough for us. She was such a warm character and was very comforting to the whole family. We could not have organised it if it was not for her. She kept in touch with us all the time and listened to everything we wanted. Ishbal then took over from Deborah and she again was outstanding.
