Cheska and the team provided first class service for my dads funeral. As my father was a retired Funeral Director for the Co-Op when she told me former collegues of his wanted to personally send him off, I was delighted to say yes and see them again after all this time. I can't thank the team at Newcross enough for all their care and help to me at this difficult time.

My dad Henry had a prepaid policy and this was fantastic as with only one phone call and appointment everything was taken care of efficiently and seamlessly. As with the family deeply upset the girl Cheska at the springburn branch took care of all our needs.
I would recommend the coop to everyone.

An order of service was to be produced for my wife’s funeral with up to 5 photographs included. I took the photographs into the office and agreed those to be included in the programme. They sent me a draft before going to print. Can you imagine my horror when the last photograph which was to be myself and my wife was in fact myself and my sister in law. Surely, this draft should have been checked before being sent  out to me. At that moment in time I was not at my best and this could have easily have been missed. The consequences would have been unimaginable. Your staff showed no duty of care and this careless act caused me even more grief if that were possible.
