Allan Menzies and team were so professional throughout. From the time my dad passed until the day of his funeral I was made aware of every step that was happening. At no time did I feel pressured into making decisions, everything was done as I asked and nothing was too much trouble. The day of viewing was wonderful. The ambience of the Parlour and the staffs friendliness was perfect.
Although it was a very sad time for my family, we were all made to feel special. Allan Menzies and team done my dad proud. From the bottom of my heart, thank you x

I'm glad we decided to go with Allan Menzies. The process could not have been easier. Allan, as a person is there to help and ease you through the process. He'll treat you as a person rather than a person who he has to bill at the end of the service.

When he says he's always at the end of the phone he means it.

Allan was very helpful and caring from start to finish while arranging my mums funeral. he went that extra mile to make everything just perfect for mum.allan arranged absolutely everything for us.i honestly can't thank him enough for such a excellent service.he added so many special touches that he wasn't asked to do that meant so much.thank you so much you are second to none.

From the moment I spoke to Alan on the phone I knew our mum/Nan/great Nan would be looked after in the way that we would want to do ourselves. He took time to listen to what we wanted and answered all our questions and put up with us popping in and out at  different times. He also offered suggestions that made the final touches more special.His recommendations for where to get flowers and have the purvey were 1st class. He made sure that we were happy with everything that he was doing. On visiting mum in the parlour he had laid her out looking so peaceful that even though we were distressed we were also happy that she no longer had confusion and pain crossing her face. On the day of the funeral he gave a courtesy call to ensure all was well. My uncle who uses an electric wheelchair was helped into the limousine by Alan and his staff in a very caring manner. We were really pleased from start to finish with the whole process and we would recommend Alan Menzies funeral directors for the burial of your loved one.

Allan Menzies recently handled the funeral of my dad. The service he provided was amazing and he went over and above to ensure everything ran smoothly. Nothing was too much for him and he made the process easier.

We decided to use Allan & Co as they had been highly recommended by a friend & had previously buried another close friend the week before the loss of our mother. I cannot stress enough how glad I am to have made this choice. All staff where 100% professional from start to finish, even when this awful weather was against us. I can't speak highly enough about Allan & June plus all the other staff as they took the best possible care of our beloved mum who is now at rest. Nothing was too much for these amazing people, even when I was finding things tough. I'll be sure to leave a will stating I'm not going anywhere unless Allan & Co take care of everything for me as they did my mum. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the amazing job you done. I went to see Allan on the recommendation from a friend to help with my daughters funeral arrangements .straight away he made my family feel at ease very professional and easy to talk to . he fixed everything out for us nothing was a problem and was always at the other end of the phone when I called I would recommend this family business to anyone knowing they will be in good hands thanks Allan and June
