Chris was very helpful and considerate during my very stressful time. The only disappointment was that there were no attendance cards or a donation box put at the back of the crem. Apparently this was specified on the form but did not take place. Everyone looked around for the donation box as the vicar and programme said it was at the back of the crem.

The service provided up to the day of the funeral was fine but we were disappointed with the service on the day of the funeral. The hearse and limosene arrived late which meant we arrived at the crematorium late. The funeral was scheduled for 2.15 but we arrived closer to 12.30. A funeral is difficult enough without the added stress of wondering when the cars were going to arrive. When leaving the crematorium the driver was not aware that we were going to the Ffynnon Wen and was taking us home although this had been advised to yourselves before the day.

The office in Whitchurch was excellent. This was the third occasion we have used with them and we have been very satisfied with everyone we dealt with there.
However, the office in Roath was less than satisfactory. We had to collect the ashes from there - if we had been there for our first meeting then we wouldn't have stayed with the firm.

From start to finish The James Summers Team looked after us so amazingly well at such a difficult time in our lives.  Dominic who took Mum away the day she died was so kind and thoughtful.  Chris who coordinated everything from the Whitchurch office was outstanding.   The day of the service was seamless and was just the day we had planned from the  music to the order of service to the cars and lovely white coffin.  I so appreciated Dominic making sure he was part of the team on Friday. He and David Williams were just perfect and Trevor the driver of a car was very kind and helpful.   Thank you all so very much

What a lovely group of people, nothing was too much trouble for them even a last minute change of plan. The funeral service was exactly what we required and I know that our mam would have approved too.
I would highly recommend this company as I know that they looked after our mam right up until the end.
