I cannot thank the staff at CO-OP funeral care Bridgend for everything they have done for me regarding my husband's funeral. They went over & above to make the arrangements perfect for the day. Three members of staff inparticular at funeral care were fantastic. Steven & Helen funeral arranges,
Both were fantastic, welcoming, put you at ease, caring, helpful, couldn't do enough to help & take the pressure off me & make the day of the funeral go smoothly. Steven produced a beautiful order of service for me to perfection & helped with the front page of the tributes booklet perfect. A truly wonderful gentleman always pleased to see me, made me welcome & made me a lovely cup of tea, Steven gave me support throughout the planning of John's funeral & the last day I spent with John in the chapel he made me tea so thoughtful. Thank you Steven.
Helen a wounderful lady caring, supportive, thoughtful & very helpful in the planning of John's funeral. Willing to listen & advise when I needed advice, always pleased to see you & made you very welcome. Helen supported me on my last time I spent with John she came into the chapel with me untill the initial shock left me, made sure I was comfortable & left me alone with John. Thank you Helen.
Ian the funeral director, a true gentleman, supportive, caring, willing to listen, always pleased to see you, so respectful to John on the day of the funeral bowing to John's casket & walking infront of the vehicle from the house to the main road & again at the Crematorium. Ian talked & supported the paull bearers before lifting the casket safely & carefully. Bowing at the beginning & end of the service & took care of me when leaving & walked me to the car. Thank you Ian.

Ian and his team were absolutely outstanding. They gave us total piece of mind and full confidence with a respectful caring and professional service . Nothing was too much for them and they really showed they cared . It was a sad day but Ian made sure it was a perfectly beautiful send off for my Dad. All I can say is thank you so much.

Co-op funeral services in Bridgend were amazing. They judged really well how we were feeling and were concerned for our wellbeing at all times. They were very respectful, dignified and walked in front of the hearse out of the street and into the crem. Bowing to the casket in the crem and when getting out of the hearse etc showed so much respect towards mum - she would have loved it. Stephen, Ian and Helen were the staff with whom we had contact and they were all lovely. We really cannot thank them enough for the send off they gave mum and the concern they showed for us as a family.

A really personal service. Ian, Gareth and Helen really care about the people they deal with, from start to finish. Attending the funeral alone, I felt totally supported. I felt the same care and support 2 years ago when my mother died. On both occasions everything was arranged perfectly and with the minimum of fuss. Such is the high standard of professionalism and care, I arranged my own funeral with them last year.

I cannot find the words that would adequately express my gratitude for the kindness, sincerity and understanding shown to me and my family by Ian,Helen and Steven at the Rosemount Funeral Home, Bridgend at the passing of my dear wife Sandra on the 30th July 2023. Her death was sudden and totally unexpected, which for me was truamatic and devastating. They went over and above what was their duty of care, becoming like a family to me. They took my wife into their care and looked after her with a tenderness and dignity that I will always remember and be truly grateful to them for.
My wife's funeral was beautifully arranged and carried out by Ian and his attendants, paying attention to every little detail as he has done throughout, so as to make my Wifes day a really memorable one.

We couldn't have wished for a better service at this difficult time. Stephen was really accommodating to our needs even staying behind late for us one evening. Both Stephen and Helen were lovely. In particular also, Ian carried out his duties on the funeral day seamlessly. His manners were impeccable, treating us with sensitivity and respect, he brought about a lovely sense of calm to the proceedings.
