Polite, at all times. However, I'm disgusted at the way I was not billed but I was asked to.pay the day before the funeral. The orange coffin was not orange, but pale wood. I still have not been formally billed, nor have I received a receipt for the deposit. I feel the funeral went smoothly but the payment side was far from clear, as the "estimate" was all I received. I had expressed my willingness to pay but was never billed only expected to drop everything whilst working. When I called back to pay once I was home, they weren't ready to receive it, nor had they calculated the bill. This left me upset and I can't understand the lack of clarity around payment.

From start to finish the staff at co-op funeralcare made a very painful and difficult time all the more bearable, if not easy. Their experience is second to none which takes all the burden from those who are grieving. I dealt with numerous people who were all absolutely amazing at what they do , in particular Susan and Zara who took charge in a concerned and caring manner. Thank you to everyone from co-op funeralcare.

I had been feeling overwhelmed at the prospect of choosing a funeral director - you have to do this pretty quickly after someone dies - and also overwhelmed at the prospect of arranging a funeral. I was really glad that I chose Co-op Funeralcare. Their website laid out the different kinds of cremation and burial clearly and enabled me to calculate the cost while I was still in the process of choosing. Wez, the funeral director who worked with me, struck exactly the right tone when speaking with me. He was helpful, compassionate and very respectful.

Staff were very helpful and informative. The funeral and arrangements were over the festive period but this made no difference to the service we received. The on duty funeral director who took my mother into your care, (I believe she was from Alloa office) The care home staff could not praise them enough they said they were moved to tears when they saw how they had left the room. I saw it myself the next day and I agreed with them. The Dunfermline branch also matched the attention to detail in the same way
