At a significantly difficult and challenging time and not something I have had to arrange e before COOP Funeralcare were  exceptionally helpful,  compassionate and thorough in their approach to my initial enquiry right through to Mothers cremation.

Young Chloe whom I worked and planned all maters was extremely good at her work. She bestowed an air of calm, sympathy while efficiently gathering the necessary information.
The funeral arrangements all very professionally done, and completely to my wishes. I also include the drivers and reception staff at the Dunfermline parlour.
The celebrant, Stewart Struthers, was fantastic. He turned a sad affair into a memorably happy experience. I have had feedback from New Zealand, Canada, Netherlands and all over UK from Ellen’s many friends and former colleagues after viewing the service.

Made a very sad time bearable. I felt my husband was really being treated with respect, care and love. Zara’s caring manner and support helped me to feel that we had carry out Jeff’s wishes to the letter. We were all treated with great respect. Yvonne was professional and friendly throughout, from arranging the funeral to the actual day. Would have liked a few more minutes in the crematorium at the end to listen to Mum's final song, leaving felt a bit rushed.

Looked after all the way by the team at the coop. From the first phone call they explained everything, the offered choices and we're very flexible. On the day of the funeral all went very well and was again supported all the way by the team.
