The funeral day was a nervous day and Sarah called me up to discuss the plans and I had a mini panic about an arrangement and Sarah offered to find out to take the stress away. That in itself was a relief. Then my mum's hearse arrived and the flowers were gorgeous and arranged well. When we were about to head to the crematorium Sarah walked the hearse and I thought that was lovely. Same coming into the Crematorium Sarah walks in front up to the entrance.

The service was amazing, everyone commented on it. For me it was exactly what I needed to give my mum the best send off. She deserved it and the coop Falkirk care was lovely and personal just for our family and I thank you for that. Great day sending off a great woman.

I cannot praise Laura Robertson enough, for not only her professionalism, but her kind, caring and compassionate manner, when helping my mum and I arrange my dad's funeral. On the day of the funeral Scott and the other funeral directors were so kind and thoughtful at all times, helping a grieving family in the most stressful of times. I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of these funeral directors if I was ever asked.

From the first moment the Co-op funeral care staff arrived to collect my Father from his home they have been completely sensitive and caring towards us remaining family members. Sarah discussed various options and clarified the scope of the plan my Father had in place and those other items that we may choose that would be additions. This was all always done sensitively. Sarah took away so much of the worry of coordinating matters around the arrangements and kept us informed all along the way. With Sarah and the team’s help we had a funeral tribute that I’m certain would have met the wishes and plans my Father had left for us. Well done and heart felt thanks ALL in the team at Falkirk who have helped in this difficult time.
