Laura Anderson was exceptional. There was no detail to big and made everything super personal, touches I didn’t think would have been possible. Could not be anymore happy with service and would highly recommend. Thank you for making the most difficult day easy for us and organising everything.

Co-op Funeralcare were excellent throughout the whole process of our Mother's death. From their early attendance to remove our Mother's body through to the Falkirk facility, they were always on point.

The meetings with Sarah were carried out with compassion and care.
Everything was clearly explained and the process of completing the steps to formulate the funeral to our wishes was carried out smoothly.
During the period between the meeting and the day of the funeral Sarah kept in touch by telephone and e-mail.
On the day, the service provided was excellent and I would recommend the Falkirk branch.

The care and professionalism shown by the staff, both in terms of the preparation and on the day were exemplary. It took away significant amounts of stress, as I always felt that we were in good hands. The staff were great at listening but were also very helpful with suggestions. So glad that we chose the Co-op, thank you to everyone on the whole team.

On the day the services by Craig and Ann were caring and compassionate and the family felt well looked after.

Unfortunately, the administration side left my family upset at times. There was an incorrect date of birth given to the minister and wrong spelling of the surname on 2 separate occasions resulting in the name plaque having to be changed. I would also point out the spelling of the name on this review is also incorrect. At a very difficult time for family it is so important to get these details correct.

Also a note for future families, we found the cataloging of clothes in front of the family upsetting. We had to ask the staff member to leave and carry this out in another room.
