The service myself and my family received has been nothing but amazing. Loosing someone you love so dearly is heartbreaking and there’s no words to describe the physical and mental pain you feel. Making the choice of who is going to look after your loved one until their final resting place through experience is one of the most important parts of grieving process. Tina has been exceptional, with her heartwarming presence and caring nature she has made the final journey manageable. Tina has gone above and beyond from organising a beautiful funeral to listening to my worries and reassuring me. Not at any point did I feel alone in this process as Tina took me step by step and continues to do so until I am able to bring my husband home. Words fail me to summarise how unique and amazing Tina is within her role and as a person. The support and care she has provided will always be remembered and appreciated.

F.J.Pinnock have been an amazing help with the care of my father and his funeral. They were my main point of contact between many different people and this allowed the process to run smoothly and took a huge amount of stress off of me and my family. They worked out every little detail that allowed the funeral to be a perfect celebration of my father's life. We have lost four members of our family over the years and each one we have returned to F.J.Pinnock - I can't recommend them highly enough.

I really could not have asked for a better Funeral Director than Tina McClelland from FJ Pinnocks and Son in Harlow Essex
She has all the attributes required for her role in what was and is the most stressful and upsetting times of my life.
She is so thoughtful , kind, understanding , thorough , knowledgeable and i could go on , whilst maintaining such a high level of professionalism
She looked after me and helped me from my first point of contact and still i maintain contact with her
She is a great listener and also answered all my questions and concerns, and believe me i had many.
She made sure everything went as smoothly as possible from our meetings and at the funeral service and after
I could not speak more highly of her and would recommend her to anybody in a similar situation to me
I would give her 100 out of 10 if i could

Tina and her team were excellent throughout, by both providing an empathetic and friendly service, and leading the family regarding the more precise details of funeral arrangements - to make the funeral as personal and dedicated as possible. 

Every request was fulfilled to the best of her ability - including supporting visitation as part of the chapel of rest which provided much needed closure.

The funeral was held with respect by the team, and I would like to thank Tina for her dedication to supporting those saying farewell.

From the very beginning, Tina's calm, friendly, and empathetic demeanour made the difficult task of organising a loved one's funeral feel a bit lighter. She assisted with every aspect of the funeral planning, including liaising with the hospital, registry office, and crematorium.

Despite the tight turnaround, Tina communicated wonderfully throughout the process, making everything much easier for us during a challenging time. Her professionalism shone through as she conducted the service, and her kindness towards all our guests was deeply appreciated.

Losing a loved one is very difficult for everyone involved, having to organise a funeral service while emotions are in turmoil, having no experience of what needed to be done.

Tina led me through every step, in a sympathetic and helpful way, gave advice when asked, I did not want our service to be a carbon copy of others or follow a standard format, this included the order of service leaflets, again I deviated from the normal.

On the day, the service went flawlessly, all my requests and wishes were followed to the letter. The comments and notes I’ve received from attendees at the funeral all echo mine, really wonderful service.

Andrew went above and beyond for my husbands funeral, he made sure that I was aware of all costs and showed me what we could have.
