I have one negative remark to make we will always remember Roy being wheeled out on what we can only describe as an over large sack barrow as we were tol that they could not negotiate the hall with anything else but he had gone to hospital several times by ambulance and the never had any trouble it is not a memory the family will forget in a hurry,

Everybody commented on how beautiful was the service. It could not have gone any better. All staff have been so lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Roy looked so peaceful when my  daughter and I went to see him and we were able to spend as much time  as we wanted with him.Thank you also for allowing our dog Bonnie to come with us. A special mention to Steve the Celebrant who was fantastic. He made the whole service bright, lighthearted, funny. Just what we wanted. So thank you for recommending him to us.

The service provided by the Colchester Funeralcare team was excellent.  They were efficient and professional, but also very friendly to deal with.  They helped us orchestrate a fitting send off for my Aunt, fulfilling our requests and supporting us on the day.

Faultless experience. They were very attentive to our needs and did everything possible to make the arrangements around what we wanted. Great communication during the whole process. Total professionalism throughout. The kind of high-quality customer service that most businesses have sadly abandoned.

The funeral itself went perfectly. Normally, I wouldn't give anyone 10/10 because there is always room for improvement but I have to give the Colchester Co-op Funeralcare 10/10... my experience was faultless. Special thanks to Jade (St. John's Road branch) who made it all possible.

The family had some challenges both with the Crematorium and with my Fathers Regimental Association in the provision of a Military Padre. Jade at the Funeral Director’s was an absolute star quietly and efficiently dealing with the issues.
The team on the day were respectful and conducted their part with style and quiet dignity. The family are very grateful and give a heartfelt thank you to the team.

Thank you from all my family for a lovely service. The celebrant Steve was excellent with his words for my brother. Funerals are not happy times but he made it go much easier than it could have been.
