The staff at WT Dunbar & Sons in Corstorphine were absolutely excellent from start to finish. Fiona, Mim and Darrell were incredibly organised, supportive and empathetic during all of Mum's funeral arrangements. They communicated exceptionally well, and had everything organised inc. arranging a convenient date for all the family, the flowers, celebrant and hearse. I cannot thank them enough for arranging such a meaningful, thoughtful and just perfect funeral and send off for my wonderful mother. Thanks to all at WT Dunbar & Sons.

While this was a fairly straightforward process given the simplicity of our needs, I still felt we were given as much support as we needed. Nim was very aware that as she was fairly new to the job, she might make mistakes but actually her skills and ability were more than adequate and she had a lovely manner with me.

From agreeing Mums funeral plan a number of years ago to her recent funeral, Dunbar's were excellent. Calm & professional, they delivered a lovely service for mum. This was sadly our second funeral in a few weeks, the staff in the offices, and out in the day were outstanding.
Very friendly, attentive and made a very sad and difficult time seem to go without stress, and the attendees were all looked after very well.
Dignity was shown at all stages of the arranging and the funerals themselves.
Id highly recommend.

From the very first phone call to the funeral service itself Fiona treated us with such kindness and thoughtfulness.

Emma who directed the service did so with dignity and so much respect to Graeme and to the family.

Jackie the celebrant recommended by Fiona was outstanding in the way she pulled together a beautiful eulogy after spending an afternoon with the family when we laughed and cried talking about how special Big G was to us.

I appreciate there were several other people in the background involved to support the whole process.

On behalf of myself and my children, Rachael, Stuart and Scott I'd like to thank everyone so much for bringing together everything needed to make a difficult day a joy and celebration of Big G's life.
