Tracey was lovely to me and my daughter when helping us to deal with arranging my late partners Direct Cremation
She explained all the stages involved and extra options open to us without trying to make us take any of them. She also apologised for the length of time we would have to wait for the cremation to take place,blaming the Christmas period and the increasing popularity of Direct Cremations. Whilst it was not her fault this is one aspect with which we were disappointed as it meant a delay in our making arrangemwnts with our friends and family. Apart from that we were treated with care and repect

Tracey throughout - and Claire and her team on the day - were brilliant. Kind patient and professional

Tracey's support in getting additional time was invaluable as we had so many people attending it took a huge worry away from me.

And Claire's offer for her team to wear purple ties on the day (my mum's favourite colour) was such a lovely gesture.

Alan the celebrant was so good too in manner, communications and on the day.

I can't thank Tracey and her colleagues enough

A very good service provided helpful caring & passionate . Great communication & help throughout . Only advice I would give is that on the day of the funeral it was a very wet day your staff could do with umbrellas as they help people into the cars.
