From the first moment that I entered the funeral directors and spoke to Robin, I felt sure that harkess were going to look after my recently departed mum, and guide us through the funeral arrangements. All went as planned and hoped for on the day, with a lovely tribute created by the humanist celebrant that harkess had recommended. We were well looked after by Stewart and Rory on the morning itself and all financial costs were clearly explained to us. All in all, harkess were excellent.

The service was outstanding, Robin and the team took care of everything at the hardest time. Robin was available for my family and I to support and advise us. I had never organised a funeral and Robin helped us personalise it to make it a sad but beautiful experience.

Caring, compassionate, respectful and efficient are all words I would use to describe the services of H&W Harkess and in particular, Clare and Robin. At such a difficult time the family felt assured that everything was being taken care of. All the familly's wishes were followed. The funeral itself went perfectly. The family cannot thank the team enough.
