Angela was very helpful and patient and guided us through the whole process of arranging a funeral once my dad came into their care and answering all my questions no matter what they were. Angela helped advise us from start to finish, letting us know what we could and couldnt do, she made sure we had all the momentos we wanted. Nothing was to much trouble and she was always at the end of the phone if we had any more questions. Angela also put us in touch with Ronda the Celebrant who made dads service special and all about celebrating my dads life. Stuart and the team of undertakers did an a great job on the day of my dads funeral and made sure the service ran smoothly from start to finish. They all helped to make what was a difficult time that little bit easier. Thank you all for your kindness to the family and for taking care of dad up to and on his final journey.

H & W Harkess Funeralcare provided an excellent service. I had foreseen logistical difficulties arranging a funeral some distance away, but it was all dealt with efficiently and with empathy. The help with arranging the date for the funeral, liaising with Minister and the order of service was greatly appreciated. On the day the whole funeral process from leaving the house was carried out with a great sense of dignity, respect and compassion. The team at Harless are clearly experienced and it made such a difference to have the benefit of that experience at a difficult time and a great comfort to know a loved one was in safe hands. I highly recommend them.

Due to family being here from overseas for only a short period, we had to arrange the funeral of my mother very quickly. Angela and Stewart were amazing at doing all of this for us , including arranging additions such as a piper. We cannot fault the service re received. Highly recommended

From start to finish we were treated with respect.  When in doubt they were there to help make the decision based on previous experience.  There is simply nothing they could have done better.   Even helping me to have my wish for Mum’s ashes to be buried with her wedding rings..

Angela gave us lots of help and advice to organise my dads funeral.  The day went perfectly.  Angela and her team  made this painful process very bearable for us.  We felt we were in safe hands.  The communication was excellent because the team were so accessible  and had a  close working with Adrian our minister.  This made everything seem seamless.
