Standard Simple Funeral

Service includes:

This is what Co-op Funeralcare offer as part of their Simple Funeral:

They will remove your loved one from their place of death into their care within a 50 mile radius
If death occurs out of normal working hours, at home or in a care home, they will remove your loved one into their care, out of hours, at no extra cost
They will prepare, care for and dress your loved one in a gown to match the interior of their Basic Coffin
Your loved one will rest in their mortuary facility, or if required, a private rest room in their funeral home
You’ll be able to visit your loved one during normal working hours at no additional charge
They will transport your loved one from the funeral home to the crematorium or burial site in a ceremonial vehicle of their choice
On the day of the funeral, a wheeled bier will be used or the family can bear the coffin
They will make all necessary arrangements for a dignified funeral
Your funeral director will be there at the funeral to support and guide you through the funeral

Claire has been exceptional from start to finish. She has made me and my family feel at such ease. Having never dealt with organising a funeral before, we entrusted Claire to dealt with the whole process, which took a huge weight from our shoulders and allowed for us to deal with other things. Not only that, it allowed for us to grieve without any stress or worries. Thanks will never be enough for making the process just that bit easier for us. We greatly appreciate it!

We can't thank the team enough for their care and professionalism. Communication was excellent throughout and taking the time to call us a couple of days afterwards to check how we were was another caring personal touch that didn't go unnoticed.

Clare and Rob guided us through the whole process, and on the day of mums funeral the team were so kind and caring.
