Despite the restrictions the funeral went to plan.Apart from number of people able to attend the funeral service was as Aunty wished.The tribute to her life and music choices were perfect.

This is the second time I have used O'Hara .
During this difficult time and over the 'lock down' period the funeral had to be sorted mainly by telephone or e mail so it was a great relief and comfort to find they were able to sort everything for me . Nothing was too much trouble.

I cannot fault the kindness,sincerity and level of service .
I would highly recommend their services

I chose O'Hara because I knew the business, having driven past it for so many years. I'm not sure how their prices compare to other funeral directors in the area because I didn't shop around for quotes. Firstly I didn't have time and secondly I don't think I would have done it anyway. Because of the situation with the virus I had an unattended cremation for my mother. From start to finish O'Hara were really kind and considerate. A real pleasure to do business with at such an emotional time.

The funeral for my husband Terry was held at Poole Crematorium and was conducted in their normal exemplary professionalism, efficiency, courteous and thoughtfulness way.
This was the 3rd funeral that O'Haras have done for my family and even in this unusual surreal situation that we all find ourselves in they are still there for you to answer any questions/queries and also treat you as if you are the only one going through a bereavement. I believe this is a very hard and trying time for them as they are a very hands on company.

Everything went very smoothly, although we could only converse over the phone because of the current situation Philip kept in continual  contact.. The service by Rob Hazell was beautiful and  although Canada  and others couldn’t be present they were there through the webcast ..Mum had a very good send off .. Thank you from all the family.. Very kind and compassionate! I am arranging my husbands funeral with Chris Johnson,he calmed my grief while talking through what we wanted in order to say goodbye to my lovely husband.They are working through very difficult circumstances during the coronavirsus lockdown and I thank them for being there for so many in these awful and tragic times.
