Thankyou so much to Karen , Joe and Paul for the way they helped myself and my brother in sorting out my dad's funeral .    We met Karen first at the office who made us feel at ease and she sorted out all the arrangements  . Paul did a great service for dad with the information he was given and Joe was on hand all the time guiding us through it all .   Thankyou and God bless you all .

Overall I was satisfied with the service I received but, other than a telephone call to your office initially, due to staffing issues I was transferred to Co op Broadstone (A.H.Griffin). Here I received excellent service from Jackie. I was then referred to The Lawns at Parkstone for collection of Order of Service and told of the arrangements for the actual day and that Tracey would be looking after us. On the day itself Tracey was unwell and an excellent replacement, Steve, was provided. I also have to mention Ringwood Office who very kindly scanned the photograph for me for the Order of Service. All offices treated me very kindly. My experience shows that you have good teamwork but I would have preferred to have dealt with a single contact. My thanks to all concerned.

Hayley, Rowan and Jackie were outstanding from start to finish. Made a difficult situation as easy as possible. On the day Tracy and her team along with David the celebrant helped us find the joy in a hard day. Eternally grateful. The Whaymand family xx

The funeral director Haley was very kind and helpful. She made sure I had the very best send off for my dad who meant everything to me. She even suggested a few ideas that I would never of thought of that I ended up using at the funeral such as having a Welsh flag on the screens. She always made me feel listened to and answered any questions that I had. Highly recommend this funeral home.

Thank goodness that Haley took over control of my husband's funeral. Proved very difficult to contact the office and on receiving draft copy of the order of service I realised how many mistakes there were in it. Was starting to loose all faith.Haley sorted and checked everything and all went well in the emf

Having suddenly lost our father I found the COOP Funeral services to be professional, attentive, friendly and just provided all of the support and advice that we could have wished for.
The staff at H.J Cole were just brilliant from the beginning, the explained what was going to happen, what we needed to do and what support that they could provide us. Nothing was to much trouble for them and we really could not have asked for more.
They looked after dad and showed the high level of respect that you would expect but More.
At an incredibly sad and confusing time, this is very much the team that you need.
I am incredibly grateful.

At a time of great loss, I did not feel that I was given the support I should have been given.  I had to constantly chase for information and most of the calls went through to a Call Centre which has now made me realise that the Co-Op is purely a business and not a caring Funeral Directors as others I have come across.

From try on the moment we arrived we where treated with respect and dignity.  Nothing was too much trouble, our situation meant that we where over 200 miles away so communication was crucial, we needed have worried everything was done timely and smoothly.  Extremely professional service.

From start to finish, Vicky was amazing, supporting us through all of the arrangements and recommending the perfect Officiant.  On the day of the funeral, all of the staff were fantastic and I can’t speak highly enough of them. They supported us fantastically and every detail was taken care of.

This is such a sad and difficult time but they made it very easy. They are very comforting and understanding of your needs. My father was cremated by them so my mum wanted to be as well. I’m glad she chose this long trusted funeral directors
