Throughout a very difficult time, Taylor Jade and the Co-Op team were very supportive and caring and dealt with every detail in such a personable way. The compassion and care they showed was truly amazing and nothing was to much hassle. The way they cared and made sure that the day run smoothly but also being a huge support to myself and my family with that personal touch was truly appreciated. I could not recommend them enough to anyone, huge thank you Co-Op team

Excellent service from all concerned. Only problem I had was getting in touch with the local office because of there being one member of staff. Would have been better if you had someone else to answer the phone when the other person was busy with clients.

The Co-op Funeral Directors in Ferndown were excellent. Taylor and Michelle and all the staff were amazing and they were very helpful with everything that we wanted for my husband's funeral. They added personal touches for us that were so thoughtful. The whole process from booking the funeral, helping us with a notification in the Echo, setting up a donation page and of course the arrangements for the funeral and service were all done so beautifully. They are an amazing team and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other people who have lost loved ones. They made Paul's final journey perfect.

Very good service from staff at Ferndown.They kind ,courteous at all times.The media side of the service was not so good in terms of preparation of the service,mistakes were made which led to tension on the morning of the funeral and requests for more money to correct their mistakes.We were disappointed that our request for the service to be recorded to enable elderly members of the family to see the funeral at a later date were overlooked by crematorium staff at Salisbury.
We are awaiting a refund of funds for the oversight..

The team were very obliging, if you could say a funeral was wonderful, this was. On the day everything went smoothly and calmly, we couldn't have been more pleased.
I certainly recommend using Co-op funeral services.

Taylor was friendly, compassionate and very efficient. She kept me updated throughout. I also dealt with Jo in the Ringwood office when Taylor wasn’t in the office………again very friendly, compassionate and efficient. 
Thank you again for all your help and support. You made a very sad and difficult time more bearable with your understanding and compassion.

Everyone is so courteous, polite and sensitive. The day went without problem, from the planning to the service and the communication- flawless! I haven’t been kept waiting for information or support. The team have been there whenever I needed them. Thank you for everything you do, you don’t see your work as a job and you care for the families and the deceased.

I cant thank Jo, Rebecca and Taylor, at the Ferndown Co-Op funeral care office, enough with making the arrangements for my fathers funeral. At every stage they dealt with things with so much care and compassion. Nothing was ever too much. Any enquiries we had were dealt with swiftly and completely. The funeral itself was perfect and so many people said how beautiful it was. "Thank you" doesnt really convey how much me and my family appreciate all they did for us, but "Thank you all".
