They were very kind and helpful, if at times a little forgetful It is definitely the first time I have been asked for a 50% deposit but I suppose that is the way the world is going

dont even think of placing anyone with them i placed my son with them the worse experance ever. i thought they had everything in hand BUT on the thursday before was told that nothing had been done. i contacted another funeral diector who pulled everything together in just under a week which i will remain forever thankful im in the process of taking this to the ombusman as its bad enough dealing with a death of your child but then no one at the funeral home to not bother is just caused so much pain it was like loosing him all ove again
