I had very good support and guidance from Heather and Morton in dealing with my late mothers funeral arrangements.
All staff were very caring and dealt with the detail in a most professional manner.

Considering everything had to be organised from Glasgow via phone calls Heather was wonderful, taking a lot of stress off me. None of my questions were a problem or unanswered.
Everything went to plan on the day of the funeral. Heather's recommendations were spot on. The celebrant Stewart Russell was ideal.

From the moment we lost Mum, there was mistake after mistake from other professionals from the collection of Mum ( Wrong Funeral home being contacted), The DN and then GP. 
Thank God for Heather at the Christchurch Funeral Home in Bargates Christchurch. Heather made numerous calls and was a amazing support to us, I don’t know how I’d of coped without her. Heather really went that extra mile, and as far as we’re concerned got us the best person in David to take Service and the most supportive Funeral Director in Tracy to lead Mums last journey, again, both so kind and supportive. Thanks so much to Heather and a great team.
