We have nothing but thanks for the reception we got at the Christchurch Co Op funeral parlour where we met Heather Trickett. She made us feel at ease and helped us make the arrangements for my mum, Johanna Slabbert's funeral. From start to finish all went smoothly and I would certainly direct anyone in need of such services to the Co Op.

Dear Steve.

I wanted to put into writing my thanks to you and your team for yesterday.

You made everything so easy and for that I will remain forever grateful to you.

Your professionalism and the respect that you all offered to my mum was faultless, outstanding.

Not that many people do their jobs properly anymore but you all did.

Although I am still struggling with the fact that my beautiful mum has now gone and I will not see her again or hear her voice, I know that the services she received yesterday were exactly as she wanted.
