Losing a loved one is one of the most hardest things we go through in life, but Heather and her team were amazing.

The process was professional, but Heather also has the most amazing ability to make you feel relaxed and comfortable and like you've known her all your life. I laughed and cried in equal measure, and planning my dad's funeral was focused on being a celebration of his life.

Heather was also able to recommend a celebrant who was able to convey the spirit of my dad's life and who was so easy to work with.

I feel so lucky that I was able to have a such a positive experience at such a difficult time and I would recommend Heather, her team and co-op for being simply exceptional.

She made us feel at ease and helped us make the arrangements for my mum, Johanna Slabbert's funeral. Dear Steve.

I wanted to put into writing my thanks to you and your team for yesterday.

You made everything so easy and for that I will remain forever grateful to you.

Your professionalism and the respect that you all offered to my mum was faultless, outstanding.

Not that many people do their jobs properly anymore but you all did.

Although I am still struggling with the fact that my beautiful mum has now gone and I will not see her again or hear her voice, I know that the services she received yesterday were exactly as she wanted.
