The whole process was handled excellently. Becca took over from Vicki and was most efficient and professional. On the day Steve was also excellent and his calm reassuring manner ensured that the service went off just as we hoped.

The staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. They know their job inside out and did everything possible to make sure our parents had a wonderful sending off. We were informed and understood everything that was going to happen. I cannot thank them enough for the etiquette service received. I highly recommend them to everyone. We truly could not had got through this without them, they were amazing!

I hadn't considered which funeral home to contact when Mum became ill. However when it came time to contact someone the Co-op came to mind. The professionalism with compassion and warmth at every stage was evident in all contact. Vicky and Morden made the whole process easy for me and my family. The service was as planned and beautiful. On the day polite, respectful gestures they gave Mum were touching.
I also appreciated the cues that helped us get through the day.

We couldn't have asked for a better service everything was explained and really helpful, and the follow up service was so nice, to take the time to talk to my wife about the loss of her brother. The whole process from beginning to end was excellent . Vicky was so lovely and went out of her way to help nothing was too much trouble . The whole funeral was conducted by the whole team 100%. We were so pleased to have the Co-op by our side, helping us to arrange a lovely send off for our 98 year old father. From our first contact with Jo, through the lovely Celebrant David and the Funeral Director Morten every member of the Team was wonderful. The lovely touch of the ties of the bearers to match the order of service was lovely. Our thanks here cannot express just how well every element was handled.

I can’t thank the team at Co/op Winton enough for their professionalism, patience and kindness from start to finish .
Vicky/Hope in the office and  Stephen and David on the day all played their part in making the funeral run smoothly.
This was a very large funeral which was handled with grace and ease adjusting the day to suit the needs of the family .
I could not recommend their services enough .

I should like to thank you all at Winton for your friendly assistance in dealing with my friend Peggy.
Everything has gone to plan. I just have to wait for notice when her ashes are delivered to Littlehampton.
There has been some movement with the planning office about the refund of Peggy's original plan. The refund may take place in a week or so.

The pre funeral consultation and communication were rather poor but after I raised this with Morten ,contact improved.I thought the celebrant did not listen to our requests and tried to railroad us into a generic service with which he felt comfortable.The organisation and service on the actual day was good.We would have liked a choice of celebrant and more time before the day to sort out the photos,music and eulogies.A week was wasted and then all the arrangements were rushed through in a couple of days.As my parents paid for their funerals in advance and to be sold a ‘gold ‘ package and then try to charge for orders of service leaflets,seemed petty and exploitative.Morten did however take notice of my concerns and waived the fee as a ‘gesture of goodwill’ which indicated he was mindful of our feelings.

Vicky was lovely and went and beyond the call of duty. She was efficient, empathetic and knowledgeable. She telephoned when she promised and I cannot praise her enough. The lady and gent who came to collect my husbands body were kind and efficient but the major credit has to go to Vicky. The Co op was a last minute choice as we intended to use the company in Kinson but they ceased trading as we found out a few days before my husband died. The Co op was an excellent choice and I cannot fault anything so am very glad I chose them.

We were dreading the process of arranging the funeral. However the Winton Co-Op funeral Team immediately made us feel relaxed, they were all very kind, attentive and professional. We didn't feel pressured into making decisions. They were very approachable and helpful and responded promptly to queries.

Every thing was well organised . The only thing i can fault is although in the ts & cs about restricted times for a simple cremation plan - this was not explained when the plan was taken out and was a surprise and could have affected our wishes even though we offered to pay extra for the timings we needed due to travel plans for family . Thanks to Hope in the Winton branch who managed to sort things out amicably.

The funeral for my mother couldn't have been handled any better, from our initial meeting at the Winton office, through to the service at Bournemouth Crematorium.
We were recommended a celebrant, Amanda Austin, and we would thoroughly recommend her.
I'm hoping not to need the Co-op funeral service for a while, but would have no hesitation in using their services again.
