The funeral arranger, Sharon, was very professional. She also listened carefully to our particular requests for Mum's funeral, and enable us to carry these forward. It was so helpful to have someone who would communicate with us in a clear and compassionate manner. I would highly recommend the service that we received.

I can't thank the co op funeral home enough. From the moment I had to call them to the moment I received my late Mum's ashes they have all been fantastic.
I want to personally thank Becca from the Winton branch who went above and beyond, a very upsetting task was made bearable by her, nothing was too much trouble. Such a lovely,caring young lady.
I would also like to thank Morton, the Funeral Director. His professional and empathy was second to none. He looked after all of us and was especially caring towards my Dad. Every step was explained to us and Morton made sure we all understood everything. The service was beautiful and the after care from Morton, in my opinion, proves how genuine and caring he is.
On behalf of my Dad, myself and my family I truly thank you.

The whole process was handled excellently. Becca took over from Vicki and was most efficient and professional. On the day Steve was also excellent and his calm reassuring manner ensured that the service went off just as we hoped.

The staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. They know their job inside out and did everything possible to make sure our parents had a wonderful sending off. We were informed and understood everything that was going to happen. I cannot thank them enough for the etiquette service received. I highly recommend them to everyone. We truly could not had got through this without them, they were amazing!

I hadn't considered which funeral home to contact when Mum became ill. However when it came time to contact someone the Co-op came to mind. The professionalism with compassion and warmth at every stage was evident in all contact. Vicky and Morden made the whole process easy for me and my family. The service was as planned and beautiful. On the day polite, respectful gestures they gave Mum were touching.
I also appreciated the cues that helped us get through the day.

We couldn't have asked for a better service everything was explained and really helpful, and the follow up service was so nice, to take the time to talk to my wife about the loss of her brother. We were so pleased to have the Co-op by our side, helping us to arrange a lovely send off for our 98 year old father. From our first contact with Jo, through the lovely Celebrant David and the Funeral Director Morten every member of the Team was wonderful. The lovely touch of the ties of the bearers to match the order of service was lovely. Our thanks here cannot express just how well every element was handled.
