Emma and Shelley were very friendluy and helpful at Southbourne Co-operative. Nothing was too much trouble, and they followed up with regular calls. On the day of the service, Steve was extremely professional and efficient as were all the other members of staff. He carried out his role with pride and made sure that everything ran smoothly.
