The team at Plymstock were very helpful and always ready to answer any questions I had. They also helped me cope with the delays due to the Coroner being involved, and so it was several weeks before the body could be released into their care.
The celebrant they introduced me to was excellent and so many of the mourners commented on how sincere he was and how well he conducted the service.
The undertakers team were smartly dressed and respectful. They also coped well organising the mourners, as there were more people than there were seats in the crematorium. All in all a memorable day for all the right reasons

We couldn't fault the service we received from Sarah & the team at the
Co-op Plymstock office.
From the very first telephone call (handled by Jane) everyone was caring & considerate throughout.
The team were very accomodating and organised in all areas & were extremely professional, whilst being approachable & understanding.
As a family we would recommend their services.

Plymstock team are the epitome of professional empathy. Made the whole process as painless as possible. Even an unavoidable issue was resolved before we even had sight of it. They cared for both my mother and father with exceptional attention and organised a wonderful service for us to say our goodbyes. My perception of funerals has shifted entirely after the help I got from this terrific team.

From the moment the limousine picked up myself and my sister's to the end of both service's, everything went like clock work. My dear mother would have been so proud that she picked the Co-op and planned everything herself many years previous. There was no hic-ups or mishaps. The funeral staff were so caring and helpful we couldn't have wished for anything better.

I was dreading arranging my loved one's funeral but Jane helped make things so much easier for me and my family. She supported us with the organisation of the funeral and was very caring and respectful. Nothing was too much trouble. She found us an amazing celebrant to conduct the service and when the day of the funeral finally arrived she guided us in every step of the way.
