The service provided by yourselves was second to none and it was such a relief for me that you and the team delivered every expectation I had on managing the funeral with zero fuss and bother. The day yesterday went without hitch and the staff who attended were incredibly respectful and professional. I'd like to thank you personally for guiding us through the arrangements and ensuring that his funeral and my Mother's saddest day left her feeling upset but also incredibly pleased that we were able to say goodbye to him in a way that was fitting and approved of by the entire family. A lovely remembrance of a lovely man. Thank you so much to you and the team and if you could, please pass on my gratitude to the team on the day of the funeral as well as the two gents who arrived shortly after he passed away to take his body into care, they also were a credit and their professional manner and gentle handling so very much appreciated.
