Sophie and Peter made the arrangements for Mum's funeral as easy and simple as possible at this traumatic time. Nothing was too much trouble and the day and service was perfect. We were dealt with compassion, dignity and respect. We couldn't ask for anything better. All staff on the day were also very friendly and polite . They were all very professional. We couldn't have asked for better. Thank you

The staff at the co-op from the time dad was picked up and taken in to there care he was looked after with the up most respect.

The pure professionalism of Peter, Jessica,Sophie and Archie I cannot fault. My mums funeral was made easier to bear because of their genuine sincerity.A big thank you to the driver of the hearse who managed to stop outside my mums home, a very steep hill so well done.

This 'average' is an aggregated score of 'very good' for the preparations and the funeral, but 'poor' for the cremation. Dad's funeral went very well and we extend our thanks to Sophie for the support and arrangements and to Peter on the day. However, when attending the crematorium early the following morning for the minimal ceremony and to collect the flowers, the doors were locked as the ‘ceremony’ had apparently already taken place, and the actual cremation did not take place until later that morning. Only retrospectively were we advised that such cremations were “strictly unattended” and that timings were “more flexible”. Clearer advance communication would have meant we could have considered other options for the last stage.

The whole experience that co-op carried out for our family during this time of grievance has been brilliantly carried out from 1st meeting to picking up Dads ashes.
