Sophie was a fantastic person to discuss our mums funeral arrangements with. She acted swiftly made us feel comfortable & helped us to sort out the arrangements within 2 weeks of mum passing, so we could hold our service before Xmas. Paul the Celebrant was incredible- he helped my brother Rob & I construct a service to remember. I will forever be grateful to him. I felt listened to, and was able to talk freely without feeling uncomfortable. He read mum’s eulogy the way I had hoped for, with respect & dignity. He was incredible. After ordeal or trying to sort the funeral over the phone I went in to meet with Sophie. She is an asset to your company and I couldn't commend her enough for her empathy and professionalism. She took a lot of pressure of us as a family and at the time it was desperately needed. The service in Grimsby was beautiful and we thank you for doing such a brilliant job.

They fixed the issues that I had had with a previous office and managed everything with care and consideration, including the logistics of getting my partner from Lincoln to Plymouth and sorting out a way I could still meet someone face-to-face withouth having to drive all the way to Plymouth first.
