The team were amazing. Ceri who organised the original plans, Valerie in the office who kept us informed of all progress, Kerry our Director on the day, and the team of drivers and pall bearers. We cannot thank them enough for the care they gave our mum.

From the day I contacted Dawlish Funeralcare (Inc B G Wills) to the day I collected Heidi's ashes all the staff were fantastic.

From the start, right the way through this very sad time we were guided and cared for.

On the day of my Father's funeral I was impressed and touched by the efficiency, attention to detail and compassion that was shown by everyone.

All members of staff are extremely professional, everything from the initial admin to making the arrangements, all correspondence, help & advise, through to respectful procedures on the day, lovely cars and professional driver, from end to end lead well by Catherine our Funeral Director. Wills organized my mothers funeral without any hitches and it all went extremely well. Keri was very helpful and guided us through at a difficult time .We had the wake at Exminster golf course which was excellent and I would recommend both

From my first visit, all the team at Dawlish have been sympathetic as well as professional.
The process has been so easy. Apart from making a call to the registrar to initially report the passing of mother-in-law, Dawlish Funeralcare have dealt with all detail and made all the necessary contacts.

Very kind and compassionate, we were never rushed into making decisions and everyfhing was explained clearly. The day itself went very smoothly both at the church and crematorium. We were particularly impressed when we later learnt that, due to staffing issues (Covid related), they had arranged driver/bearer from an office 40+ miles away to attend. Catherine & Ceri went the extra mile!

Charles did a wonderful job and everything went to plan people enjoyed the celebration and we were pleased with the result just one thing for future clients When one goes into funeral office as a first visit , instead of immediately arranging for a complete funeral it which is a big rxpense - before that it should be pointed out cheaper less involved ways of cremating a body without the ceremony etc / I only saw this on the back of the form aAfter I had sign for the full funeral
