The service provided by Co-op Funeral Care Dawlish was excellent from start to finish. All staff we had dealings with could not have been better. The service provided felt very personal, and we were always made to feel welcome. Our first meeting was with Ceri plus colleague who was learning and we were made to feel comfortable with the process right from the start. The whole funeral process went without hitch and we are so grateful for how they handled it. Later we also dealt with Katherine (funeral director) who was equally pleasant and helpful - and looked the part in front of the hearse! All family involved in the arrangements agreed that the service provided was first class. Thank you.

All went smoothly on the day. Just stressful in the days prior to the funeral as I felt pressured by requests for information/certificates that were beyond my control and an additional charge for something that had already been paid for.

An outstanding service. A very compassionate organisation for which nothing is too much trouble. As I live in Southampton, they kept me informed by telephone every step of the way.

If you are looking for a caring, and professional service then I cannot recommend Dawlish Funeral Care (Inc B G Wills) highly enough.

All aspects of the funeral were dealt with in an efficient and sympathetic way. Communication was always friendly and helpful. Good knowledge and experience aided my decision making. The service and the execution of duties at the crematorium contributed to a positive experience for all age groups and the transportation of the beautiful flowers to Dawlish cemetery, to be laid on my mother’s grave was much appreciated. Thank you to everyone involved.

My mum's funeral was organised by Kath and Ceri and Valerie. Everyone was compassionate and very professional. I would definitely reccomend this company to anyone I know. Thank you so much for making my mum's cremation special.

It is a difficult time for all families .
The services we received were very helpful ,kind and compassionate. Thank you to Valerie and Ceri.
There was plenty of time to think things through before decisions had to be made .This meant that the final farewell to Dad was perfect!
The guidance provided to provide the right person to lead the service proved to be outstanding. 
Being able to talk to the florist direct ensured the two wreaths were beautiful.
The team carrying out the burial service were also outstanding .
The chapel should be used more wonderful setting but improved heating needed!
Thank you for making Dad’s funeral a very special occasion that will be remembered by us all.

This is the second time we have used B G Wills in Dawlish and I was so pleased they were still there to help with my Dad's funeral last week. Staff remembered us from my Mums passing which made it more personal and easier to deal with arrangements for my Dad. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was brilliant, and they made weekly phone calls to check we were happy with everything or had any questions. All the staff are such lovely people and I would recommend their services to anyone. Thank you so much for making a very difficult time so much easier to deal with.

I cannot exsplain how out of my depth I felt but Ceri and the other 2 ladies so sorry forgot their names were so incredibly kind helpful and so sensitive to my needs even though I didn't know how I would cope they made me feel very normal and they truly were genuine for my loss
If anyone needs a funeral service I would recommend a 120 %

Extremely helpful and caring on the sad occasion of the loss of my dear husband.
The staff organised everything at a time when I was in a state of not knowing which way to turn. I would definitely recommend, the help and compassion which I received.

At one of the most traumatic and devastating times in your life, all you need is support and this is what I recieved by the team. Each and every step of the way, I was supported and guided to ensure that the funeral was the best it could be for my lovely mum. I was listened to and I felt like every decision I made was one that I could do with ease due to the detailed information I was given. The care taken to ensure myself and my family were okay, as well as looking after mum in their care was second to none. I will be forever grateful for the help and support I recieved and for them making sure that it was the most fitting funeral for my amazingly wonderful mum. Thank you.

I just wanted to send a message to thank all the staff at the funeral parlour. You were all absolutely brilliant. A Big Thankyou to Valarie and Kerry you both were so caring and compassionate regarding my Nan you went above and beyond, also to the man that let me see my Nan on the Sunday night. And your staff that picked us up on the Monday all So lovely. The gentleman who drove us didn’t get his name reminded me of my granddad. If I lived in Devon I would highly recommend you.
