Excellent, professional service from Kerry at Gill and Eales, but with a caring human touch that made a very sad time bearable. 
Nothing was too much trouble for her and Tracy.

At a time when emotions are all over the place and you’re not sure of what to do or where to go next, Gill and Eales helped in every way possible, over and above their regular remit ,the staff guided us through all the procedures and legal requirements needed. All this was done with care, thoughtfulness and patience. 
A very special touch from the funeral entourage was that they chose  to wear co-ordinated ties to match our late Mothers chosen colour scheme.
Gill and Eales did our late Mother and family proud.

My rating is "excellent."
You made what was a truly awful time for me 'bearable'. I couldn't have wished for anything better. On the day of the Funeral, I was confident that things would go well and they most certainly did.......for this I thank Sam, the Funeral Director in attendance and for the choice of Celebrant, Julie Chudleigh who exactly understood what we wanted from the Service. It was lovely. A truly beautiful tribute.......I must give my special thanks to Tracey. She couldn't have been more more supportive. At all times she has Ben there for me and still is.
Thank you, for helping me through this sad time.
You gave Andy the Funeral Service and respect that he so richly deserved.
