A.W Lymn made the hardest time of our lives that little bit easier. The help with planning leading up to the funeral and knowing our little man was in safe hands was invaluable. The funeral it's self was beautiful and peaceful, what our little boy deserved. Thank you.

A.Y.LYMNS were brilliant Mick from the cotmanhay branch he was amazing he helped us through with everything. but Stephen the celebrant was amazing too. when he spoke it felt like he was part of our family. and he just couldn't do enough to help us. A.Y.LYMNS is far the best company ever they truly do put you at ease and they make you feel like they are part of your family.

Everything was well organised except for slight hiccup with the cars, however it was all sorted out quickly. All the staff were very professional and respectful.

Everything went well and the whole team showed respect at all times. Planning a funeral was one of the worst things that we have ever had to do but Mick handled us with care and let us come to terms with what we had to do. Dad looked lovely when Mum and I visited the funeral home and again we were not rushed and Mick was very kind. Our final goodbye to our loved one was precious and important to us. At a difficult time Mick and his colleagues made us feel at ease. Their professionalism and experience was invaluable to us. Mick was fantastic at such a difficult time, nothing was too much trouble with arrangements and every detail attended to in a caring and professional manner and my Dad was treated with dignity. Unfortunately due the funeral having to be postponed due to my mothers illness, Mick was unable to oversee the event on the day, however he arranged for a colleague from A W Lymn in Carlton to lead the funeral.  Mark Ridout from Carlton was caring and attentive making the day run smoothly.  This was my first experience with making funeral arrangements and I will definitely use A W Lymn again when the need arises.
