A huge thank you to all the staff involved with our fathers funeral arranging, especially Tracy, Kerry and Tim. Tracy helped to make organising things such an easy experience with Kerry and Time ensuring all went smoothly on the day.

Staff were very very helpful. They talked us through all the processes of someone passing away. We received several phone calls asking if we need anything help or advice, before and after the cremation. The staff were polite and professional. I would advise anyone to use the services of the Co-op at the sad time of a loved one passing away.

The service all the way from 1st meeting till collecting my mum’s ashes was fantastic. Both Brittany & Deanne at the Newbold Office could not have done any more. They were both very helpful & respectful. On the day of the funeral despite heavy rain, all the team were so respectful & professional throughout. Providing help to my wife who struggled to get in the limousine & Umbrellas to keep us all dry. Brittany who led the cortège was brilliant on the day & is a true asset to your company. I will be recommending Co-op Funeralcare in the future.

I couldn't have asked for more.
Everyone (especially Deanna) was amazing, empathetic, understanding, helpful, respectful and most importantly listened to my ramblings, whilst comforting me on more than one occasion, nothing was to much trouble.
From the moment they started to care for my brother, everyone helped to make a heartbreaking, horrendous time a little more bearable.
I felt comforted knowing my brother was being cared for and respected, right up to the moment we had to say goodbye.
Thank you so much for the compassion, support and care you showed to me and my family at this awful time, it will never be forgotten xx

From start to finish the Coop Funeral service was oustanding. The reason for saying this is all staff were very helpful nothing was to much trouble, supporting me with finding some one to do the service who was great as well. The funeral director who ran the service on the day was outstanding looked after my dad from begining to end. Would i use them again yes.
