Tongs were very sensitive and patient. They were flexible with visiting hours to the chapel or rest over the Christmas period. They were also understanding and accommodating. The staff and director were easy to contact and quick to return calls. There are many services on offer. I would highly recommend Tongs. It horrible having to chose a directors, but would advise you use these. The additional services were also helpful, such as legal advice.

Thee only regret I had was i was to late to have his teeth put in I had them in my pocket, but memory as it is I was to late .
