Russ and Jen at the Kendal branch have been outstanding. From the very first telephone conversation until when we said goodbye they went above and beyond and showed compassion and empathy to us, but the respect  they showed my dad was priceless. We couldn’t have asked for anybody better to look after him. They provided an excellent service and guided us through the funeral arrangements, nothing was too much trouble. Russ and Jen are an absolute credit to the Co-Op funeral care.

I could not have wished for a better send off for my dad.
Jen & Russ are the most kind compassionate people who listened to how I wanted the arraignments to be.
Nothing was to much trouble & they even found the pheasant feathers I asked for to go with the flowers.
In what has been the most difficult time in my family’s life they have made things so much easier & for that I am very grateful.
