Everything went very smoothly for my dad's funeral with Co-op Funeralcare Kendal. Russ & Jen were very friendly and respectful of our wishes. There was no 'hard sell' or attempt to persuade us to spend more money on any part of the service, which we appreciated. On the day, the funeral went perfectly and was exactly what I had hoped for. The celebrant (Karen) who was recommended by Russ also did a super job. Overall, I would highly recommend the Co-op. Thanks for making the whole experience stress-free!

Can not recommend Coop Funeral care Kendal enough, from the very beginning Russ and Jen were amazing. Everything was so organised and seamless which made things so much easier for my dad and family. Jen seamed to be one step ahead constantly knowing what we wanted and needed before we even did. We want to thank them sooo much for everything they did.

Coop funeral care dealt efficiently and empathically with arranging the cremation of my mother. They kept me informed every step of the way and also helped find where we could plant a memorial tree. Their help at this difficult time was very much appreciated

The staff at co-op funeral care in Kendal were efficient, respectful and very kind to my family and I when planning my mothers funeral. During this distressing time there was no stress involved in planning the funeral as the staff made the process so easy for us. In the initial meeting we were put at ease by the knowledge staff and most of the arrangements were made and lots of helpful advice was given. Before the funeral all queries were answered immediately by phone or e mail and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. On the day of the funeral all went smoothly and the staff again were respectful and professional. I would highly recommend the service they provided.

The whole process was handled in a kind and understanding manner. It was professional yet sympathetic. At a time when even the simplest things seem complicated it was reassuring to have the support from yourselves.
The day of the funeral went really well and I am so glad that mum and I took out a funeral plan with the Co op.
