Thornaby Funeral Care did an amazing job with my fathers funeral. It was all made very easy for me and the staff were very kind and easy to talk to. They organised both my Mam and my Dads funeral and kept both the same which is what they both wanted.

The staff at Thornaby Funeral care were extremely courteous and professional.
In particular Adele Worsfold the Funeral Director whose compassion and empathy helped my mother and I at the difficult time of losing my dad.
The process was made as easy as possible and the arrangements were made in one short visit to their funeral home.
I would also like to thank Jackie Chilton for her assistance with the paperwork side of things.

Thornaby Funeral Care in particular Jen where excellent when dealing with my Mum’s funeral. From start to finish they arranged the care before the funeral with advice about the service at the crematorium, keeping in touch with me on a regular basis . On the day of the funeral everything was perfect and just as we wanted it to be.

I would just like to say that Abi was extremely helpful in all aspects when advising and guiding us through Dad's Funeral.

Michelle and Jackie were also extremely helpful and were always there at the end of the phone at all times.

At one of the saddest times in my life I knew I would find it hard to deal with the arrangements for my mother's funeral, however that was before I met Jen at Thornaby Funeral home. She was kind, compassionate but most of all efficient and thorough. All of Mams wishes were carried out, and I felt fully supported on the day of the funeral.

So helpful kind and professional.  The funeral director Jen and the funeral arrangers Michelle and Jackie helped us through what was a very difficult time with patience and understanding.  On the day itself everything went smoothly and the funeral was the best we could have hoped for.  We valued the help and support given to us by the whole team and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
