We were touched by the professional manner in which you conducted the service for our much loved daughter.
The horses and hearse were beautiful, it was just how Elizabeth would have wanted it.
We thank you for your support, compassion and empathy for enabling us to lay our dearest daughter to rest.

Barbara and her colleagues were excellent and provided support to the family at Mam’s funeral, which went meticulously to plan.

The only thing I was disappointed about was I had asked for the curtain not to be closed around mam’s coffin but it was closed during the song I had chosen which caused some confusion between myself and my family.

Coop were extremely helpful and gave guidance and support during this difficult time.Every thing what was asked for was delivered with the staff always ready to listen to any questions which were raised and after the funeral was over gave a call to see how everything was which I thought was a lovely thing to do . The service offered and delivered by the whole team at the Co-op Funeralcare, Stanley was first class. The team was compassionate, understanding, caring, and considerate at a very sad time for the family after the bereavement of my Dad. I would recommend their services to anyone who has lost a loved one Their help will not take away your grief, but it will help you to go through the grieving process by reducing the burden of organising the end to end funeral care process.

Excellent service from the Co-op.  Very respectful throughout, empathetic during a very traumatic time for me and my family. My funeral is already arranged with them and I would recommend that younger members of my family take out plans with the Co-op Funeralcare.

Everything went extremely well, nothing was too much trouble for Blair and the team. We had an excellent experience at what was a very sad time! The coffin looked really beautiful, the flowers were lovely, the cars were great. The organisation was excellent. Highly recommend Co-op Funeralcare, Stanley.
