This was the first time I'd ever had to arrange a funeral and didn't know what the first thing i needed to do was. I got Christine and she could not have helped me enough!

She was very professional yet personal when arranging my Dads funeral. She talked me through everything, helping me and advising me on things outside of the funeral also.

Couldn't be thankful enough for her services and also for Sandy on the day for accommodating us due to weather conditions, everything still happened as it should have done.

I used Sandy Close previously when my mum passed and they made everything so easy at such a difficult time so when dad passed we knew what to expect and were not disappointed. Again, everything was so easy and professional. They had to pick my dad up from the hospital and the hospital staff were very impressed with how quickly they arrived and how professional they were.

I would like to put on record that from our initial meeting Christine and Sandy were implacable in their handling of a very emotional and difficult period for us as a family. From our very first meeting Christine provided us with a sympathetic ear, everything was explained in detail, and time was not a problem. She kept us updated prior to the funeral by phone, & e-mail - nothing was a problem and we were allowed to grieve as she sorted any issues out in the background. On the day Sandy's approach was controlled yet he was in the background. We were allowed as much time as we need with just gentle, understanding encouragement to ensure we kept momentum and adhered to the times we had agreed. I can not thank Sandy and his team enough for their guide and help over that period.
