They have looked after the funerals of my dad mum aunt and uncle in last 2 yrs , when you are in a state of grief and shock someone has to be there to help you organise everything , from the first phone call to Heather I can tell you that I felt at ease knowing that we would be in safe hands , tbh it's like dealing with friends who genuinely care , my family were totally lost in how to deal with death and we left all arrangements in their hands,every single member of staff that we met treated us with respect and care and nothing was to much trouble , they knew that we as a family had suffered more than most in last 2 yrs and we were treated like friends , and they made it easy for us to cope with arrangements , thank you for everything x

I can't thank the team here enough.From our first visits with Linda and Heather in monkstown to the guys on the day of my mums funeral. There sympathy and support were beyond words. Heather was  excellent from the initial contact to the final contact, she was sympathetic and compassionate in the way she dealt with the arrangements for my mother’s funeral. On the day Thomas was the undertaker and was excellent in accommodating the family during the day. Would highly recommend them for their services.

We lost our son Stephen and felt so lost, we walked into our funeral home not knowing what to say or do, with in a minute it was as if they had wrapped there arms around us and took our pain away, from day one until we layed our son to rest they stood by our side and more, even when we got our son home they still took the time to call us to see if we needed anything god bless you all the Shaw family 💔
