I found the lady who arranged my mum's funeral was very helpful, explained everything and made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. She kept in contact with me throughout the process and rang me on the day of the cremation to advise everything went well. I would definitely recommend the use of this service. Thank you for making a difficult time easier for me.

Over the last 8 years I have used Truro Funeralcare for three family funerals.

I have been impressed with the care, compassion and professionalism of the staff; they helped to ensure that each funeral related appropriately to each of my loved ones.  Their attention to detail throughout the planning process, and on the day ensured everything went as we wanted it to.

Everyone was most helpful and sympathetic. The arrangements as per my husbands wishes were met in full.

I would have liked to have given a five star rating but unfortunely there was an error in ordering the correct Urn for his ashes which means they are still at the funeral home. I hope he wlll be home with me shortly.

Papers were not sent that should have been. Information was not given and payment was demanded when it had been paid as soon as your service was booked. Not impressed and have left trust pilot review---if I had checked them before I wouldn't have used you.
